You can find us at Bn 57 in Shalimar Bagh. Dwarkadhis Buildwell is basically a small team of people involved in the building and construction side of things. We aren't one of those massive developers you see on billboards. We operate on a much more local scale. Our office is a simple setup where we look at plans and talk to vendors. There’s always a lot of dust on the boots and blueprints on the table. Construction is a messy business, and our workspace reflects that. We spend a lot of time out at different sites, so the office is sometimes empty during the day. We deal with the practicalities of making sure walls are straight and materials arrive on time. It's a lot of coordination. Shalimar Bagh is a nice, quiet area compared to other parts of Delhi, which we appreciate. We’ve built up a small network of workers and suppliers over the years. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just focus on the project at hand and try to finish it properly. It's hard work, and there are always problems to solve, but that’s just how building goes. We take things one step at a time and try not to let the stress get to us too much.
