Paramount Retails

Our shop is D-410, located in the Palam Extension area of Dwarka Sector 7. It is a small retail space, but we manage to fit a lot of items onto the shelves. Most of our customers are people who live in the apartment blocks nearby and stop by while they are out for a walk. We sell various things for the home and some personal items as well. The shop is often quite packed, so you have to look through the stacks to find what you are after. Dwarka is a large residential neighborhood, so the shop feels like a local spot where people know each other. We do not spend money on big ads; we just have our sign out front. On slow afternoons, we might sit on a small stool near the door and watch the cars go past in Sector 7. The floor is simple tile, and we have a metal shutter that we pull down and lock every night. During the summer months, the heat is quite something, so we keep the small AC unit running as much as possible. Our deliveries usually show up in the morning, and that is when the shop is the messiest with cardboard boxes everywhere. We have to unpack everything ourselves and put the price stickers on by hand. It is a basic routine we have followed for years, and we know most of our regular customers by their faces.
