Sapphire India

We are located over in Patel Garden, right near the Gopaljee Dairy if you're coming from the Dwarka More side. It's a busy spot in Uttam Nagar and we've been here for a good while now. My family has been around this part of Delhi for a long time, so we know the area and the people pretty well. We started Sapphire India because we saw a need for the kind of work we do, even though it's not always easy to run a shop. It’s not a fancy office or anything, just a regular place where we try to get the daily tasks done without too much fuss. Most days it's just a few of us handling everything from the front counter to the back room. People come in from the neighborhood or sometimes from further out in Dwarka because they know we are here. The traffic on the main road can be a real headache, especially in the evenings, but we like the location regardless. We don't have a corporate setup or a team of people in suits. Just the space here at C-46 where we keep our things. Sometimes the place gets a bit disorganized when we're really busy, but that's just how a working shop looks. We've seen a lot of changes around Dwarka Mor over the years, with new metro stations and shops appearing everywhere. We just focus on our own work and making sure we treat people right.
