We are based out in Faridabad City, specifically on Power House Road at number 9. Duraflo Tianyan Polymers Pvt Ltd is the name on the front, but inside, it’s just us working with polymer products. It’s a bit of an industrial area, so it gets noisy with trucks and machines nearby. Our building is functional, nothing too pretty to look at, but it works for what we do. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of the materials and keeping track of what’s going out to customers. It’s a lot of manual work and staying on top of the inventory. We don't have a big front office with a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door or the phone just handles whatever comes up. We’ve been here long enough to know all the other business owners on the street. We just focus on the polymers and making sure the orders are packed correctly. It's a lot of heavy lifting some days. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most people find us because they need what we have. We keep our heads down and do the work. The weather in Faridabad can get pretty hot in the summer, which makes the warehouse a bit warm, but we just deal with it. It’s an honest day's work for everyone here. We just try to get the loads out on time and keep the machines running without too many breakdowns or issues.
