Our company is tucked away in Phase I of the Okhla Industrial Estate, at F90/24. Okhla is a massive place, and we’re right in the middle of all that daily activity. Durabuild Technologies Pvt Ltd isn't some high-tech glass building like you might see in the movies. It’s a solid, functional space in an older industrial block. We have a mix of office space and some area for our materials and equipment. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re much more focused on what’s happening on the desks and in the back area. There’s always a lot of talk about projects and technical stuff throughout the day. We don’t have a fancy reception area with someone waiting to greet you. Usually, you just walk in and find someone at their desk working. We’re a bit of a small group, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything to keep things moving. The sounds of the industrial estate are always there in the background—trucks, machinery from nearby units, and people shouting to be heard. It’s a busy environment and it keeps us moving. We’ve been at this Okhla location for a long time and we know how the system works here. We aren't interested in being flashy or trying to look bigger than we are. We just want to get through our list of tasks and make sure the projects are moving along. It’s a regular, hardworking office.
