Operating out of the ground floor here in Govindpuri has its ups and downs. Kalkaji is a crowded area, so there is always noise from the street coming into the office. Ducon Coolmax Technology Pvt. Ltd. has been set up here at 149/2 for some time. Dealing with cooling systems and related tech takes up most of our day. Mostly, we help local businesses stay operational. New Delhi heat is no joke, so the workload stays heavy. It’s a small office, nothing too grand. Desks are usually piled with papers and spare parts sit in the corners. Sometimes the tea man comes by and that’s the highlight of the afternoon. Trying to be some giant corporation isn't our goal. We’re just a small crew in Delhi-19 trying to do right by our clients. If you walk past the shop, you might see us tinkering with a unit or arguing over a blueprint. That’s just the way we work. The ground floor location makes it easy for people to drop in, though parking is always a nightmare around here. We don't spend money on fancy signs. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they live nearby in Kalkaji. Practical work is what we do. We fix things, we install things, and we try to make sure everything runs the way it’s supposed to. It’s not always pretty, but it gets the job done. We’ve learned to work with what we have in this small space.
