Dtz International Property Advisers

Our business is called Dtz International Property Advisers. We are located at B-260 in Kendriya Vihar, which is in Sector-56 of Gurgaon, Haryana. This city of Gurgaon has grown so much lately that it is hard to keep track of all the new buildings popping up. But we have been right here in Sector-56 for quite a while now. Our office at B-260 is a practical space for us. We do not have any of those shiny glass walls or expensive coffee machines that you see in the movies. We just have our desks, some old filing cabinets, and our computers. We spend our days talking to people about property matters and looking through a lot of paperwork. It is not the most exciting work for everyone, but we actually like it. We know the area around Kendriya Vihar really well. We often see the same faces every day when we walk out to get some lunch. We are just regular people trying to make a decent living. We do not use big words to try and impress anyone who walks through the door. We just tell it like it is. If someone asks us a question, we give them a straight answer. It is a simple way of doing things, but it works for us. Haryana can get very cold in the winter and very hot in the summer, but we just keep the office going regardless. That is who we are.
