D.S.C. Ltd., Gurgaon

D.S.C. Ltd., Gurgaon is actually over in Rohini, New Delhi, specifically in Saket Kunj Apartments. We are in Flat Number 81 on the second floor. It is a bit of a commute if we have to go into Gurgaon, but this is where the main office is set up. Rohini Sector 9 is a pretty crowded residential area, and the apartments are quite close together. Our space is basically a residential flat that we have turned into an office. You will see a lot of folders and binders stacked on the shelves. It is not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. The balcony looks out over the inner road of the complex, and you can always hear kids playing or people shouting for the vegetable vendors below. We have a couple of computers and a printer that jams every now and then. It is a real, living workspace. We don't have a dress code or anything like that; we just wear what is comfortable for a long day of work. Dealing with construction logistics from a flat in Rohini has its challenges, but we have managed for years. Most of our visitors are people we have known for a long time. There isn't any fancy signage, just the apartment number and our name on the door. It is just us doing our thing, keeping track of costs and schedules for the work we do. We try to stay productive despite the noise.
