Ds Constructions

Our office for Ds Constructions is at House Number B 198 in Sector-14, Noida. It’s a pretty easy place to find if you know the sector well. We’ve been operating out of this house for several years now. Noida has grown a lot since we started, and there is always some kind of construction happening nearby. We are a small team, mostly just me and a few guys I’ve worked with for a decade. We don’t have a big corporate structure or a human resources department. If something needs doing, we just do it. Our workspace is filled with old blueprints, measuring tapes, and half-empty boxes of tiles. It’s a working office, not a place for showing off. We mostly take on jobs for families in the local sectors who need something built or repaired. I handle the estimates myself and go out to the sites every day to see how the progress is coming along. Sometimes things get delayed because of the weather or because a supplier is late, but we always try to get the job finished eventually. Working in Sector-14 is good because the roads are wide and it’s not as chaotic as some other parts of the NCR. We like the quiet rhythm of the neighborhood and the fact that we can walk to the local market for tea.
