Our office for Ds Constructions Ltd. is at C-85 Gyan Mandir Marg. We are tucked away in Jait Pur Ext., near Badarpur in New Delhi. It is a lively area and there is always something going on in the streets. We use this place as a base to organize our crews and keep track of our tools. Construction is a tough job and it is not for everyone. You have to be okay with getting dirty and working long hours under the sun. We do all kinds of building work around this part of the city. We do not have a big corporate team; it is just us doing the actual work. We focus on the basics like making sure the foundation is right and the bricks are laid straight. Sometimes we are working in tight spaces where getting a truck in is a real challenge. We have gotten pretty good at navigating the backstreets around here. There is always a lot of paperwork to deal with, but we prefer being out on the site. If you come by the office, you will probably see a lot of cement dust and some half-empty chai glasses. That is just how it is when you are busy. We do not try to sound like anything other than what we are. We are just builders who know the neighborhood and how to get things built. It is a simple life for us.
