Ds Construction

Ds Construction is based at DB 101C in the DDA Flats over in Harinagar, New Delhi. These flats are a staple of the neighborhood, and being here puts us right in the thick of a very busy community. We aren't some giant corporation; we’re just a local outfit doing construction work for people in and around Delhi. The space at DB 101C is where we keep our files and meet up in the mornings before heading out to various job sites. Harinagar is a crowded place, and navigating the lanes with a truck full of supplies can be a real test of patience. But we’ve been doing it for long enough that it’s just part of the routine. We do all kinds of building work, from small repairs to bigger renovations. There’s no marketing department here—just us and our tools. We speak plainly about what can be done and how much it will cost. Some days the office is a bit of a mess with samples of tiles or bits of plumbing, but that’s the reality of the job. We like the local feel of the DDA flats; there’s always someone walking by or kids playing in the common areas. It’s a real place for real workers. We don't make big promises we can't keep; we just show up, do the building, and move on to the next one. It’s a simple way to run a business in the city.
