Ds Construction Ltd

Ds Construction Ltd is basically just a small team working out of Sanjay Kumar Lane in Mahipalpur. We’ve been at House No 12 for a while now. It’s a busy spot near the extension. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and checking on different sites around New Delhi. We don’t have a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of paperwork piled up. My cousin helps out with the books sometimes when things get too busy to handle alone. We mostly take on local jobs that people need done quickly. If someone has a wall that needs fixing or a small room addition, they usually find us through word of mouth. Dealing with the traffic in Delhi is the hardest part of the job, honestly. Getting the truck through Lane No 6D/3 can be a nightmare in the afternoons. We try to stay organized but things get messy when multiple projects happen at once. People in the neighborhood know where to find us if they have a question about a build. We’ve lived in this area for years so we know the local suppliers well. It makes it easier to get materials when we need them. Sometimes we work late into the evening just to finish up a specific task before the rain starts or the sun goes down. It's hard work, but it keeps us busy.
