We have been at this spot in Gopinath Bazar for quite a while now. Our place, Dominar Electronics And Solutions LLP, is on the first floor above the street level, right there on Sham Singh Street. Mostly we spend our time dealing with electronics and different solutions people need for their home or office setups. It gets pretty busy around here in Delhi Cantt, but we like the local vibe of the area. My cousin helped me set up the heavy metal shelves when we first moved into unit 3/4/53. We handle a lot of different parts and small pieces that people struggle to find. Sometimes the lights flicker in the hallway outside, but the shop itself is solid and dry. We spend most of the day troubleshooting or looking at circuit boards under the desk lamp. It is not fancy work, just honest stuff that needs to get done. People come in looking for specific components for their projects. We try to keep a good stock on hand, though sometimes the new shipments take longer to arrive than we would like. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep and narrow, so you have to watch your step. We have a small desk near the window where all the paperwork and billing happens. It is usually a bit cluttered with notes, but we know where everything is. New Delhi is a huge place, but this little corner in 110010 feels like home to us.
