Dmrc

Located over in Gargaon, near the post office in Baigana, our little office for Dmrc serves the Kishanganj district. It is a bit of a trek to get out here sometimes, especially when the roads are muddy, but we manage. Most of our work involves local projects that keep us moving around Bihar. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we keep our tools and records. Life moves a bit slower in this part of the country, which suits us just fine. We have a few guys from the local villages who help us out with whatever needs doing. Most mornings start with a cup of tea and a look at what the day's tasks are. We don't have a big marketing department or any flashy signs. People in the area know who we are and where to find us if they need something handled. Dealing with the local climate is probably our biggest challenge, as it can get quite intense during the rainy season. We spend a lot of time on the phone or traveling to different sites across the district. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from sunrise to sunset. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to get through our list of jobs and make sure everything is sorted properly. It's just us, working away in Kishanganj, making sure the day's work is finished before we head home.
