Dlf Projects Limited

You can find us on the 3rd floor of Royal Apartment, which is D-125/11 in Zakir Nagar, West Delhi. Being in Zakir Nagar means it’s always crowded and there’s always something going on outside. The streets are narrow and the food smells from the local vendors are everywhere. Dlf Projects Limited is just a small operation here. It’s a bit of a hike up to the third floor, especially when the lift is acting up, which happens more often than we’d like. The apartment is cozy, to say the least. We’ve crammed in as many desks as we can without it feeling too cramped. It’s a noisy neighborhood, but once you close the windows, it’s manageable. We do a lot of our project planning from here. The view from the balcony isn't much, just other buildings and the busy street below, but it’s a good spot to stand for a minute when you need some air. We aren't some big corporate firm with a lobby and a receptionist. You just knock on the door and walk into the middle of whatever we are working on. It’s a bit messy sometimes with papers and blueprints lying around, but we know where everything is. It’s a very real, lived-in space. We’ve been part of this West Delhi community for a while and we don't see ourselves moving to a fancy office anytime soon. We just get on with things here.
