Dlf Laing'O'Rourke is located over in Mahipalpur at House Number 2134. It’s the home of Rajinder Singh’s son, and we’ve set up our workspace here to keep things simple. New Delhi-78 is a busy area, especially with the airport so close by, but our street stays relatively calm. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work properly and go home at the end of the day. The office is really just a few rooms where we keep our files and computers. It’s not fancy, but it gets the job done. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. Word of mouth is usually how people hear about us. We’ve found that being honest and just doing what you say you’ll do is the best way to run a business. The house has been in the family for a while, so there’s a lot of history here. We like that feeling of being rooted in one place. Most of us grew up around here or have lived in Delhi for a long time. We know how things work and we don't try to overcomplicate stuff. It’s just a regular local spot where people work hard. We’re around most days if someone needs to drop off papers or just have a quick chat about a project.
