You can find us at 19-B, Pocket-A in Sukhdev Vihar. It’s a nice enough part of New Delhi. Dlf Laing'O Rourke India Ltd has been using this office for our local operations for a while. Sukhdev Vihar is a bit more settled than some of the newer suburbs, which we appreciate. The office is situated in a way that makes it easy for us to get to various parts of the city without too much trouble. It’s a standard workspace. We have a few desks, a meeting table that’s seen better days, and plenty of paperwork stacked up. We aren't interested in sounding polished or like some big international firm with a fancy marketing department. We are just regular people doing regular work. We handle various aspects of the business from here, mostly the administrative and planning side of things. Some days are more chaotic than others, especially when we have several projects hitting milestones at the same time. We don't have any scripted answers for when people call us up. We just talk to them like human beings. It’s a bit noisy with the city traffic outside, but we don't mind it much. We've got a good routine going. We show up in the morning, do what needs to be done, and try to keep things as organized as we can. It’s honest work and we don’t feel the need to dress it up.
