You can find us at Plot No.-Sb 36 in Jnc Plaza, specifically in Flat No.-S2. We’re located in Block-B of Shalimar Garden Extension II. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say, but it’s home for this branch of Dlf Laing O'Rourke India Ltd. Being in Ghaziabad, we’re used to the hustle and the constant construction noise nearby. Our office is inside a plaza, so there are always people coming and going. We have a few rooms where we manage the local project details. It’s not a very big space, but it’s enough for the team we have. Most of our day is spent staring at screens or talking to contractors. We try to keep things organized, though with so many projects happening at once, the desks often end up covered in blueprints and half-empty tea cups. We don’t really go in for the polished corporate look. We’re more about getting the logistics sorted and making sure the sites have what they need to keep moving. It can get a bit stressful when multiple things go wrong at once, but we’ve been doing this long enough to not panic. We just take it one step at a time. It’s a practical office for practical people. We’re just here to do the work and make sure the projects stay on track as much as possible for everyone involved.
