We’ve been working out of this spot at Rz-C-27 in H Patel Garden for a decent amount of time. It’s right there by Kakrola Morh in New Deli. Dlf Laing O'Rourke India Ltd isn't some huge, flashy operation in this specific office; it’s more about a small group of us handling what needs to get done every day. The neighborhood is typical for this part of the city, with plenty of noise and people moving about. We handle a lot of the logistics and planning from here. Every morning starts about the same way, with someone making a round of tea and then we get into the files. It isn’t always glamorous work, mostly just keeping track of building materials and making sure the schedules aren’t falling too far behind. We’ve seen the area change a bit over the years, but our office stays pretty much the same. It’s got a few desks, some old chairs, and stacks of paper that never seem to go away. We aren't here to impress anyone with a lobby or fancy coffee machines. We just focus on the projects we have on the go. If there’s a problem on a site, this is where we try to figure out a fix. It's a steady pace, and we’re used to the rhythm of it by now. Just regular people doing our bit to keep things moving along. It gets the job done for us.
