At Dlf Laing O Rourke India Ltd, our office is located at A19/9 in Sector-71, Noida. We are in the EWS Flat area, which is part of Noida in the G B Nagar district. It’s a very straightforward setup. We aren't in one of those huge corporate parks with fountains and security guards at every turn. Instead, we are right there in the middle of a regular neighborhood where people live and work. This keeps us grounded, I think. We use this space to handle all the paperwork that comes with construction projects in the Noida region. It gets a bit busy and loud sometimes, especially when we have several projects going on at once. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. Our walls aren't covered in awards; they're covered in project timelines and maps. We like it that way because it reminds us what we are supposed to be doing. Most of the people working here have been with us for a while, and we just get on with things. We aren't looking to be famous or anything, just to be known as a group that finishes what they start. It’s a small office, but it works for us. Sector-71 is a good place to be based, as it's easy for our suppliers to find us without getting lost in the big city streets.
