You can find us at 10B Kasturba Gandhi Marg. It’s a well-known area, and Diwan Chand Medical Services has been part of the landscape here for quite some time. We deal with the medical side of things, which means the atmosphere is usually a bit more serious than a retail shop. People come to us when they have things they need to get checked out. We have the equipment and the staff to handle the daily flow of patients and paperwork. It’s not always easy keeping everything organized, especially when the phone doesn't stop ringing, but we do our best. The office is functional. We have chairs for waiting and desks for the admin staff. We don’t go in for expensive decor because that’s not why people are here. They want results and they want to know what’s going on with their health. We spend a lot of time looking at files and coordinating with different departments. It’s a lot of coordination, really. The traffic on KG Marg can be heavy, so we tell everyone to leave a bit early. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood over the years, but our building stays pretty much the same. We just keep the lights on and keep seeing whoever walks through the door. It’s steady work, and we’re glad to be doing it. We focus on the practical stuff every single morning.
