Divine International

Divine International is located at 5572 and 5576 in Basti Harphool Singh, right on Sahar Thana Road. We have a couple of units there which helps when we have a lot of stock coming in. The area is always crowded and noisy, but that’s just the reality of doing business in this part of town. You get used to the sound of rickshaws and people shouting outside. Our interior isn't anything special—just a lot of shelves and a few desks where we handle the paperwork. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors know us. We don't use any of those buzzwords like innovation or excellence. We just try to get the orders right and make sure people get what they paid for. It’s a lot of physical work, moving boxes and checking labels, but it keeps us active. Some days the heat is a bit much, but we have some fans that keep the air moving. We aren't a big corporation with a human resources department or a PR team. If there’s a problem, we just talk it out and fix it. Most of our customers are regular people who appreciate that we don't try to sell them things they don't need. We just keep things moving, day in and day out, at our own pace. It’s not a perfect setup, but it’s our setup and it works well enough for what we need to do.
