You can find our shop on Gurudwara Road in the Dilshad Garden area, which is quite close to the Seemapuri Thana. We have been here for a while, specializing in the machines that people use to make wire. It is a bit of a niche business, but there is always a demand for it in this part of town. The shop is not very large, and it's usually packed with heavy equipment and various tools we use for our work. It can get a bit noisy when we are testing out a machine, and the air usually smells like machine oil. We don't have a fancy showroom for people to walk through; most of our customers just come straight to the workshop to see what we are working on. We have a small group of guys here who have a lot of experience with the mechanical side of things. We often have to custom-make parts because the machines we work on can be quite old and replacement parts aren't easy to find anymore. It’s a lot of manual labor and it can be quite a challenge to get everything aligned just right. We aren't a big company with a marketing team; we are just local folks who know our way around a wire-drawing machine. We try to be honest about what can be fixed and how long it will take. It’s a steady job that keeps us grounded and focused on the work.
