Digital Security System

Our shop is tucked away on Street No 3 in West Vinod Nagar. It’s pretty close to the Laxmi Nagar Metro Station, so it’s easy to find if you’re coming by train. Digital Security System has been operating out of Plot No- E/66 for a good bit now. It’s a local neighborhood, and we like it that way. Most of our day is spent looking at cameras and wires. It’s not the most glamorous work, but it keeps us busy. The shop gets a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, but we manage. We don't have a big front desk or a receptionist. Usually, it's just one of us sitting there testing out a new DVR or checking connections. We’ve helped out plenty of neighbors who wanted to see who was at their door. It feels good to be part of the community here. You might have to look twice for the sign if you're driving fast, but we're right there. We don't use much fancy talk or try to sell things people don't need. If something works, we tell you. If it doesn't, we tell you that too. It’s just a simple operation. Sometimes we stay late when a job takes longer than expected. That’s just how it goes when you’re running a small place like this in Delhi. We keep the spare parts in the back and a small desk in the front for paperwork and some old ledgers we still use to track everything.
