Dielektrik UAB is located at number 98-33 on Kalvariju Street in Vilnius. The building is one of those traditional structures you see throughout this part of Lithuania. Our office isn't particularly large, just a few rooms where we handle all our technical business. Kalvariju Street is usually quite busy with people going to the market or catching the trolleybus, so there is always something to see out the window. Inside, it’s a bit more peaceful. We have our desks set up with a lot of folders and technical manuals scattered about. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, especially when we are in the middle of a big project. We don't have any of that modern office furniture you see in the city center. Ours is more about being practical and having enough space for our computers. The winters here are long, so we make sure the radiators are always working well. We usually start the day with a cup of strong coffee and a quick chat about what needs to be done. It’s a small team, and we’ve known each other for a long time, so we don't need a lot of formal meetings. We just focus on the dielectric materials and whatever technical challenges come our way. It’s a quiet, steady life here in Vilnius, and we like the routine of being on Kalvariju Street. We don't bother with much decoration, just a few calendars on the wall.
