Dharam Enterprises is tucked away here in Delhi, where things are always moving fast. We’ve been operating out of the city for quite some time, dealing with whatever comes our way. Delhi is a crowded place, so half our day is usually spent just navigating the traffic or waiting on deliveries to arrive. We don't have a giant team, just a few of us who know how things work in this part of the country. It gets incredibly hot in the summer, which slows things down, but we keep the office going regardless. People ask what we do exactly, and it's hard to put into one word because we handle a bit of everything depending on the season and what the market needs. We aren't interested in fancy websites or big billboards. Most of our regulars just give us a call or stop by when they are in the neighborhood. The floor is usually covered in some kind of stock or paperwork, and the chai guy knows exactly when to show up. It’s a simple setup. We focus on getting the orders right and making sure nobody is waiting too long. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing, and other days it’s quiet enough to actually tidy up the desk. We just take it one day at a time here. It's a typical Delhi business, a bit chaotic but we always find a way to make it work for everyone involved.
