Design Consultants

Our office is down in Dhobi Basti, which is part of Hari Nagar in East of Kailash. It’s a local neighborhood, not a business park. We are at 4/2, and it’s a modest place. Being design consultants sounds more formal than we actually are. Mostly, we just sit around and figure out how to solve problems for people’s buildings. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that. People usually find us because they live nearby or know someone we’ve worked with before. The office is small and can get a bit dusty, but we don't mind. We have our pens and our paper and that's enough for us. New Delhi can be a tough place to work sometimes because of the heat and the traffic, but we’ve been here a long time. We don't use any fancy software if we don't have to. A lot of our best ideas come from just talking things out over a cup of tea. We aren't trying to be the most expensive or the fastest. We just want to give practical advice that actually works for the client. Sometimes we have to tell people their ideas won't work, which isn't always fun, but it's better than lying to them. We're just a few people doing our best in a quiet corner of the city, focusing on one project at a time.
