Our place is at B-236 in Derawal Nagar. We are pretty close to the Model Town Metro Station and the Agrasen Gate, which makes it easy for people to find us if they are taking the train. It’s a decent-sized space but we’ve managed to fill every corner with something. We don't have a big corporate mission or a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just work here. Most of the time we are busy with orders and trying to keep everything organized, which isn't always easy. The shelves are a bit crooked and the paint is peeling in some spots, but it doesn't stop us from getting the work done. We have a few people helping out and we’ve all become pretty good friends over the years. We drink a lot of chai and talk about our families while we work. It’s not the most professional environment you’ll ever see, but we are honest and we work hard. We don't spend money on big ads or shiny signs. People usually hear about us from someone else in the neighborhood. We like it that way. It keeps things simple. If you come by, you might have to wait a minute while we finish something up, but we’ll get to you. It’s just a normal business run by people who live nearby and care about doing a decent job every single day.
