We are based out of Sunder Colony in Faridabad, specifically at House Number 256 on Nangla Road. If you know Gali Number 3, that’s exactly where we are located. It’s a typical residential-commercial mix around here. Delta Construction Sysytem Ltd. started small, and we’ve stayed close to our roots in NIT. The office is pretty basic. We have a few computers and some files stacked up from various projects we’ve finished or are currently working on. It gets pretty loud on the street sometimes, but we are used to the noise of the city. We handle different types of building and repair work. Usually, our guys are out on-site by 9 AM. We aren't the type to wear suits or give long presentations. We’d rather show you a site we just finished. The neighborhood has been good to us over the years. We know the local shopkeepers and the guys who deliver our supplies. There’s always something needing fixing or building in Faridabad. Our team is mostly local people who live within a few kilometers of the colony. We keep things simple and try to avoid unnecessary drama. If there is a problem on a job, we just talk it out and fix it. That's the way we've always done things. It might not be fancy, but it works for us and our clients.
