We are based out of Okhla Phase II, specifically at F-27/2 in New Delhi. It’s an industrial spot, so there are always trucks moving around and a lot of noise from the nearby manufacturing shops. Being in the waste management business means things are rarely quiet or clean. We deal with the logistics of keeping the city moving, though most of our day is spent in the office handling the scheduling and talking to the team. The building is a bit old but it serves its purpose for what we do every day. New Delhi can be a tough place to manage waste, but we stay on top of the routes from here in Phase II. There’s usually some tea brewing and a lot of talk about truck maintenance or route changes. We don't have a fancy reception area with sofas. Just a few desks, some maps pinned to the wall, and a lot of ledgers. It’s honest work and it keeps us on our feet throughout the week. The heat in Okhla during the summer months is no joke, but the office has a couple of old fans that keep the air moving enough for us to work. We’ve been here long enough that everyone knows us on this block. We just focus on getting the jobs finished and making sure the drivers know where to go.
