Our spot is at 152, Nimri Colony, in the double storey flats near Ashok Vihar Phase-IV. It’s a government-owned space for the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Limited. The building has that classic look you see in older Delhi colonies. We aren't in a high-rise; we’re just in a regular flat that’s been turned into an office. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the partitions and filing cabinets everywhere. Working here means being part of the neighborhood. We see the same people walking their dogs or going to the market every day. The office handles a lot of the back-end administrative work that doesn't happen at the stations. It’s a lot of data entry, checking reports, and meetings about future plans. The lights hum a little and the fans are always on full blast during the summer months. It’s a very human place to work. We don't use much corporate jargon here; we just talk about what needs to be fixed or which deadline is coming up next. There’s always a bit of clutter, like maps rolled up in corners and stacks of old ledgers. It feels honest and hardworking. We aren't a big flashy company office, just a group of people in Nimri Colony doing our part for the city’s transport. It’s simple, direct, and keeps us busy from morning to night. We don't have any flashy goals other than getting the work finished.
