Our office is situated in Devdoot Apartments, specifically at number 48 in the D-Block of Vikaspuri. It is a well-known spot in this part of New Delhi. We operate as a joint venture company, but the day-to-day feel of the office is very much like a local neighborhood business. We do not have those massive lobbies or security guards checking your ID at the door. You just come up to the apartment and we are there. It is a lived-in space with plenty of files, some old furniture, and a lot of maps on the walls. We spend our time working through real estate details and keeping our records straight. Because we are in an apartment building, it is a lot quieter than being on a main road, which is nice when you are trying to read through a long legal document. We have got a small team here, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it is answering the phone or going out to check on a property. We do not really do the whole polished corporate presentation thing. We would rather just show you the facts and figures and let you decide for yourself. It is a busy place, but we always have time for a quick chat and a glass of water for anyone who stops by. We have been part of the Vikaspuri landscape for a while now and we like the familiar rhythm of the place.
