Deepali Construction & Vergoi International ( Buying House )

Our office is at A 149 in Shivalik Enclave, which is part of Malviya Nagar in Delhi. We have a couple of different things going on here, handling both construction matters and acting as a buying house. It keeps the days very interesting because there is always a different kind of problem to solve. One minute we are looking at building plans and the next we are sourcing materials or products for clients. The phones ring quite a bit, and we have listed several numbers because someone always needs to be reachable. It is a busy environment with people coming in and out all day. Malviya Nagar is a central spot, so we are easy to get to, though the Delhi traffic is always a factor for us. We do not have a fancy corporate structure. The whole thing is a hands-on operation where everyone knows how to do a bit of everything. The office is full of catalogs, blueprints, and samples. Sometimes it feels a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. We just try to get the jobs done without making a big fuss about it. We are not into using big words or making promises we cannot keep. We just work hard and try to stay on top of all the different projects we have going. It is a lot of coordination between different suppliers and workers, but we have been doing it for a long time.
