D.Bali Developers & Builders is located at house number 11/273 in the Nai Basti area of Vijay Nagar. This is in Kashipur, over in Uttarakhand. It is a regular neighborhood, not a commercial hub, so our office feels very much like part of the community. We have been working out of this house for quite a while. There are always kids playing in the street and neighbors stopping by to say hello. Inside, we’ve got some desks pushed against the walls and a lot of binders filled with plans and permits. It is a bit cramped sometimes, but it works for what we do. Kashipur is a growing place, and we see a lot of changes happening every year. We don't have any glossy brochures or a fancy lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us sitting around a table with some tea, looking over some drawings. We handle the building and development stuff directly, so there’s usually a bit of mud on our boots from visiting sites. The weather in Uttarakhand can be a bit unpredictable, which sometimes slows things down, but we just manage. We’re just local people building things in our own town. It’s a simple life, and we try to get the projects finished without any of the corporate talk you hear elsewhere.
