Unique Construction Co.

Our office is located at A-322 in Dkshinpuri, specifically in Sector-5. It’s a regular house turned into a working space where Unique Construction Co. keeps all our files and project plans. We spend a lot of our time out on different sites, so the office isn't always full of people. Construction is a tough business with a lot of moving parts and it’s rarely as smooth as you’d want it to be. There’s always someone calling about sand or bricks or a delay somewhere. We started this in Dkshinpuri because it’s where we know people and how things work. Usually, we are busy looking at drawings or talking to the laborers about what needs to be done next. It’s not a corporate office with fancy furniture, just a couple of desks and a lot of maps on the walls. We deal with the daily headaches of building things and making sure everything stays on track. Some days we are stuck behind the desk doing paperwork which is the boring part. Other days we are out in the sun all day long. We just take one project at a time and try to get it finished so we can move on to the next one. It’s practical work and we don’t try to make it sound like more than it is. Living and working around Sector-5 keeps us busy enough and we just take things as they come each morning.
