Daelim Industrial Co. Ltd

Daelim Industrial Co. Ltd operates out of Satisar Apartments in Dwarka Sector 7. We are in unit C-301, which is a bit different because it’s a residential building. It makes the workday feel a lot less like a cold office and more like a home. Plot No. 6 is pretty easy to find once you get into the sector. We have our desks set up in the main rooms and use the space to manage our industrial projects. New Delhi can be very loud and chaotic, but being up in an apartment gives us a bit of distance from the street noise. We spend a lot of time on our laptops and talking to people on various sites. Sometimes the elevators are slow, so we end up taking the stairs if we’re in a rush. It’s a simple setup with a lot of files stacked in the corners. We don't have a big staff here, just a few of us making sure everything is running on time. There’s a kitchen where we make our own tea and eat lunch together. It’s a very practical way to run things without the high costs of a big glass tower. The view from the window is just other buildings and the street below, but it’s home for us during the day. We’ve got a good system going and we know the local market nearby if we need supplies or a quick snack after work.
