D S L R On Rent operates out of B-104 in Panchsheel Vihar. It’s a quiet enough residential area compared to the big markets nearby. We keep all the camera gear and lenses here in our office space. People usually call us first or just drop by when they need a camera for a few days. We spend a lot of time cleaning the equipment and checking that every single thing works before it goes out. The shelves are filled with black bags and metal tripods. Panchsheel Vihar is a nice place to be based because it’s easy for people to find once they get into the colony. We aren't a big showroom with glass windows and bright lights. It’s more of a practical space where we store the technology and handle the rental paperwork. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when multiple people are returning gear at the same time and we have to check every battery and card. We try to be organized but with all the cables and chargers, it can look a bit messy at times. The shop is basically our second home. We are here most of the day, making sure the batteries are charged and the memory cards are cleared for the next person. It’s a simple business of letting people use good cameras without having to buy them. We just handle the rentals from this B-104 address and keep things moving.
