We are located at 33 Upper Ground Floor, right behind the Jain Temple in Patparganj, New Delhi. It’s a pretty easy landmark to find if you’re in the neighborhood. D S Gupta Const. Pvt. Ltd. has been running out of this space for quite a while now. The office is on the upper ground floor, so it’s just a short walk up. We spend most of our time here dealing with the administrative side of things, like permits and payroll. The real work happens at the various construction sites across the city. Patparganj is a busy part of East Delhi, and there’s always a lot of movement around the Jain Temple area. We don’t have a flashy office setup with a lot of chrome and glass. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of paper. We prefer to keep things low-key. Our days are filled with calling suppliers, checking in with our site managers, and making sure the projects are moving along. It’s a lot of coordination. Sometimes things get delayed because of the weather or transport issues, which can be frustrating. We just try to stay practical and solve problems as they pop up. We aren't the type of people to use a lot of fancy business jargon. We just talk like regular people because that’s who we are. We’ve been in this trade for a long time and we know how it goes.
