Our place, Crest Ultrasonics India Pvt Ltd, is over at Plot No. 185 on the ground floor. We are in the Functional Industrial Estate in Patparganj. If you’ve ever been here, you know it’s a very busy area with a lot of manufacturing going on. Being on the ground floor makes it much easier for us to move the ultrasonic cleaning machines around. These things can be quite heavy and awkward. The workshop is usually a bit of a mess with parts and wires, but that’s just how we work. We don't have a fancy front office for meetings. If someone comes to see us, we usually just talk right there on the shop floor. It’s more practical that way. We spend our days assembling units and testing them to make sure they hum correctly. It’s a lot of hands-on work. The team is just a handful of local guys who know their way around a circuit board. We don't go in for big marketing campaigns or anything like that. We just do the work that comes in. The industrial estate has a lot of dust and noise, but you get used to it after a while. We have been here for a good bit of time and know most of the other business owners on the block. It’s a solid place to be.
