Coin Electrical Priducts Pvt. Ltd. is located at 145 in the F.I.E. Patpar Ganj Industrial Estate. It’s a solid, functional building in a part of town that’s dedicated to making things. We’ve been operating out of this address for quite a while now. The area is full of other factories and workshops, so there’s always a sense of activity around us. Inside, we mostly focus on electrical items. It’s not a glamorous setup by any means. We have shelves full of inventory and a few workstations where the assembly and testing happen. The office is just a small partitioned area where we keep the ledgers and answer the phones. We’re a practical bunch of people. We don't spend money on expensive decor or slick advertising. We’d rather spend that time making sure the products are built right. Sometimes the delivery vans block the whole street, and we have to go out and help move things along. It’s just the way it is in Patpar Ganj. We have a small team of workers who know their jobs inside out. We don't talk in corporate speak; we just say things as they are. It’s a no-nonsense kind of place. We just try to get the orders out on time and keep the business running year after year without making too much of a fuss about it.
