Chopra Properties

Chopra Properties is based out of Lajpat Nagar I. It’s a lively part of town, and we’ve seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood over the years. Our office isn't hard to find if you know the area. It’s a small place, mostly filled with files and maps. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or out walking around the blocks looking at different buildings. Real estate in this part of Delhi is always moving, so we try to stay on top of things. It’s mostly just a few of us sitting around the big table talking about which place is available and who might be looking for a new home. We don't have any flashy signs or big television screens in the window. We just have our desks and some old wooden chairs. People usually stop by because they saw our name somewhere or a friend told them to check with us. We’ve lived around here for a long time, so we know the shortcuts and which streets get flooded when it rains. It's not a high-pressure environment. We usually have some snacks on the table and the door is often left open to let a breeze in, even if it brings in some dust. We’re just local people doing local work. It’s been that way for a long time, and we don't see it changing much. We just keep our notes and try to be helpful.
