At Himanshu Paper Pvt. Ltd., we deal with all things paper. Our place is at No. 107 in Mayur Vihar Phase - I. It’s a residential and commercial mix around here, so we get all sorts of people stopping by. The office is basically filled from floor to ceiling with reams of paper, cardboard boxes, and rolls of different grades. It has a very specific smell, that dry, woody scent of fresh paper. We spend our days cutting, sorting, and packing orders for local printers and schools. It’s a lot of lifting and moving, so we’re usually pretty tired by the end of the day. We don't have fancy furniture, just some sturdy tables that can hold the weight of the stacks. Sometimes the paper dust gets everywhere, and we have to wipe down the desks every morning. It’s a straightforward business. We buy the bulk stock and break it down for people who only need a few hundred sheets. We’ve been here for a while and most of the regulars just call us up and we have their stuff ready by the time they pull up outside. We don't do much in terms of decoration, because every bit of space is needed for the stock. It’s a practical way to work, and we know our inventory inside out. If someone needs a specific weight of cardstock, we usually know exactly which pile it's in.
