Our place is located at 946-18 A Chatta Shahji, right in the heart of Chawri Bazar. If you’re near Jama Masjid, you’re pretty close to us. Chawri Bazar is famous for paper and stationery, and that’s exactly what we do. We mostly focus on file products. It’s a busy, old part of Delhi where the streets are tight and there's always a rickshaw passing by. We have all sorts of files stacked up in the shop. Some are for offices, some for schools, and others for people who just need to organize their paperwork at home. It’s not a quiet job. There is a lot of lifting boxes and moving stuff around to make space. We’ve been here at this address for a long time, so we know most of the other shopkeepers around. It’s a simple operation. We don't use a lot of high-tech gadgets; we just keep track of our inventory and make sure we have enough files for whoever walks in. Sometimes the power goes out or the street gets blocked, but we just keep working. It's honest work, and we like having the right folders when someone needs them urgently. Being near the mosque means there's always a nice atmosphere, even when it’s hectic. We just keep our heads down and handle the files. It's a bit dusty, but it's home to us and we know where everything is.
