You’ll find Chaudhary Trading Co. right on Library Road. We are at number 10210, which is smack in the middle of Azad Market. If you know the area, you know it gets pretty crowded. There are people everywhere and the noise of the market never really stops until late at night. Our shop is one of those places where space is tight, but we know where everything is kept. It’s a bit dusty, honestly, but that’s just the nature of being in this part of town. We’ve been operating out of this same spot for a long time. My father used to sit in the same chair I do now. We don’t have a website that does anything special, and we don’t spend money on big signs. People who need us usually know exactly where to find the door. The morning tea delivery is the highlight of the day for most of us. We sit around for a few minutes and talk about the news before the customers start coming in. It’s a very local way of doing things. Library Road has its own character, a bit old-fashioned maybe. We like it that way. There’s no need to change things just for the sake of it. We just keep the books straight and make sure the orders are filled correctly. It’s honest work that keeps us busy from morning until we close up for the night.
