Valabh Saree Emporium

Valabh Saree Emporium is right in the middle of Chandni Chowk. If you’ve ever been here, you know how crowded and loud it gets. Our shop is one of many in these narrow lanes, but we’ve been here long enough that people find us. We don't have a big, modern storefront. It’s an old-school place with piles of sarees everywhere. We spend our days unfolding fabric for customers and then folding it all back up again. It’s a lot of physical work, especially when the market is packed. Chandni Chowk has a certain energy, and we are just a small part of it. We don't do any big promotions or social media stuff. People come to us because they know we carry a good variety of sarees. Sometimes the shop feels a bit cramped, especially when there are three or four families inside at once, but that’s just how it works in this part of Delhi. We try to be honest about what we are selling and don’t give people a hard sell. We’ve seen the market change over the years, but our way of doing things stays mostly the same. It’s about the fabric and the people who come in looking for something for a wedding or a gift. We are just here every day, doing what we know how to do in this busy corner of the city. We like the chaos of the market, even if it is a bit much sometimes.
