Raghav Jewellers

Raghav Jewellers is located at No.1164 on the ground floor of Kucha Mahajani. If you walk down the lane, we are right opposite the Dharam Kanta. Kucha Mahajani is famous for being a hub, so it is always very busy with people coming and going. The lane is quite narrow, and you have to watch your step with all the movement around. Our shop is on the ground floor, so you don't have to worry about stairs. It’s a small space, but we have it filled with our glass cases and some chairs for people to sit down. The Dharam Kanta across the street is a constant landmark for everyone here. We see the same faces every day—other shopkeepers, the tea sellers, and the regular workers who move through the Kucha. It gets very bright inside with all our lights on, which is a big contrast to the shaded lane outside. We spend our time cleaning the glass, looking over the items, and talking to whoever walks through the door. It’s a very personal way of doing things. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing team; it’s just us here at the counter. The air in the shop is usually cool, which is a relief from the heat outside. By the time we close up for the evening, the lane is finally starting to quiet down. It’s a good place to be if you like being part of the local community.
