Navdeep Electric Co. has been located at No. 1536 in Bhagirath Palace for many years. We are right in the heart of the electrical market near Chandni Chowk. If you have ever been here, you know how crowded and chaotic it can be. Our shop is small and every inch of wall space is covered with switches, wires, and lighting fixtures. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we have more than two people inside. We spend our days dealing with a constant stream of customers and delivery men. The air is always full of the sound of people bargaining and the rumble of handcarts on the stone paths. We don't have a big polished showroom or any corporate branding. It’s just a traditional shop where we know where every single item is hidden, even if it looks like a mess to someone else. My clothes usually end up a bit dusty from climbing up the old ladder to reach the top shelves. We drink tea from the local vendor a few times a day to keep our energy up. The lights in the shop are always on full blast to show off the products, which makes it even warmer inside. We don't do any big advertising because word of mouth in Bhagirath Palace is enough. We just focus on getting people what they need and moving on to the next person. It’s a busy, noisy life, but we like it.
