We are located in Surya House, which is No. 1420-21 in Gali Kishan Dutt, right off Nai Sarak and Maliwara. Anyone who has been to this part of Delhi knows how crowded and loud it gets. Our building is old, and the stairs are narrow, but it’s full of history and sarees. We have been here for generations, passing the work down from father to son. We don't have a big marketing department or any fancy slogans because our name has been known in the market for a long time. The shop is usually packed with stacks of sarees in every color you can think of. It’s a lot of work keeping everything organized, and the heat in the summer can be tough in these narrow lanes. We drink a lot of tea and talk to our neighbors while we wait for the next customer. We don't try to be something we’re not. We are just a family business selling traditional clothes in the middle of a very old market. It’s chaotic and busy, but we wouldn't want to be anywhere else. We just take it one day at a time, serving the people who come to us.
