Classic Collection

Classic Collection is tucked away in Kucha Rehman, right in the heart of Chandni Chowk. If you’ve ever been to Kucha Rehman, you know how narrow the lanes are. It’s a struggle sometimes just to get the stock inside when the crowds are thick. Our shop is old, with high ceilings and walls that could probably tell a lot of stories if they could talk. We don’t have any modern glass fronts or bright neon signs. It’s just a wooden door and some simple shelves. Most of our day is spent unfolding and refolding fabrics for people to look at. Chandni Chowk has a rhythm of its own, and we’ve been part of it for a long time. It gets very busy around the festive seasons, and we barely have time to eat our lunch. We use old ledgers to keep track of things because that’s what we’re used to. The light in the lane isn’t great, so we rely on our indoor lamps to show the colors of the clothes properly. We don’t do any big marketing campaigns or anything like that. We just rely on the fact that people have been coming to this part of the city for years. It’s a bit chaotic, but it’s our version of normal. We just try to be helpful and keep the shop running for as long as we can.
