You can find us on the 2nd floor at No. 17, Pusa Road in Karol Bagh. Ch India Traders Pvt Ltd is what we call ourselves, but mostly we’re just a small group of people managing trades and orders. Being on the second floor means we’re a bit away from the noise of the main road, though you can still hear the horns from time to time. We spend our days at our desks or checking on the inventory we have stored. It’s not a fancy corporate setup. We have old desks, some filing cabinets that have seen better days, and a lot of paperwork. Karol Bagh is always moving, and we try to keep up with that pace. We handle various trading items, and it keeps us busy from morning till evening. There’s no big marketing strategy here. We just answer the phones, talk to our suppliers, and make sure things go where they are supposed to go. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we take the stairs. It’s just part of the daily life here. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and the neighborhood feels like home now. We don't use big words to describe what we do.
